Hyper-Intensity Laser Engraver: ×3.5 speed, ×0.8 EU. Laser source hatch sets max recipe tier + overclock cap (laser tier + 1) and parallels (⌊∛laser amps⌋). Energy hatches power everything — with amperage OC, extra energy amps buy overclocks and sub-tick bonus parallels.
Recipes per minute sweeping total energy amps (log scale), one line per laser source hatch amp variant at the selected laser tier. Steps: each ×4 energy = one more overclock; past the 1-tick floor, energy converts to bonus parallels. Marker = current setting.
EU consumed per recipe as a multiple of base recipe EU. Starts at ×0.8 (HILE discount); each regular overclock doubles it (×4 power, ×2 speed); sub-tick parallels are free — the curve flattens once the 1-tick floor is reached.
Pins the HILE to the Exotic Catalyst → Excited DTEC recipe (7,864,320 EU/t · 2500 s · 1000 L → 1000 L) using the laser source and energy hatch configured above, then sizes the Industrial Mixing Machine chain (Crude → Prosaic → Resplendent → Exotic, each 1000 L → 1000 L · 2500 s base). Mixers: ×3.5 speed, parallels = 8 × tier of summed hatch voltage, regular overclocks with amperage OC and sub-tick parallels.
| Stage | Recipe EU/t | Parallels | OC | Time | L/s each | Mixers | EU/t total |

How HILE computes this: recipe must satisfy EU/t ≤ V[laserTier+1] (UXV laser: uncapped) and EU/t ≤ 4 × hatch voltage (one tier skip). Base parallels = ⌊∛(laser amps)⌋ — 256A→6, 1024A→10, 4096A→16, 16384A→25, 65536A→40. Overclocks are regular (×4 power / ×2 speed), computed from total energy power vs EU/t × 0.8 × parallels, capped at laserTier + 1 − recipeTier. If the OC cap exceeds what's needed to hit 1 tick, the surplus multiplies parallels instead (sub-tick parallels, with fractional correction), still capped by energy EU/t ÷ (recipe EU/t × 0.8). Duration = base ÷ 3.5 ÷ 2^OC, min 1 tick. Glass tier must be ≥ laser tier (UMV glass accepts all). Energy: regular hatches below UEV laser; UEV+ laser allows one multi-amp hatch instead. Note: with exactly one regular energy hatch, the game counts only 1A.
